Who we are...

NDiCare was formed by a team of industry professionals with years of experience operating in the disability and community services sector. Our leadership team has over a decade of expertise working closely with a range of clients and stakeholders, including multiple government agencies such as The National Disability Insurance Agency, The Department Of Family Fairness and Housing, The Department of Justice and Community Safety,  Court Services Victoria, several NGO's and specialised practitioners. Most importantly, we have worked with several clients throughout the years, and understand the many intricacies of supporting an individual attain a greater quality of life.  

Simply put, our main objective is to provide a high quality service to NDIS participants. We believe that there are several factors that contribute to a better standard of service delivery and consider ourselves pioneers in this aspect. NDIS participants are encouraged to have a voice, to plan and choose their future, @NDiCare, we aim to provide participants with the tools to achieve this. In order to better support individuals, we place a high degree of attention on our staff members. Undeniably, a greater service will emerge from an educated and committed workforce. We place strong focus on recruitment, and workforce development. Ongoing InHouse training programs are developed and delivered on regular basis. In addition we offer generous remuneration contract options for our employees, providing career progression, and empowering the development of the human factor as a priority.
